Responsible Sourcing
We partner only with suppliers who can demonstrate clear, verifiable supply chains. This includes providing factory details, material mapping, sustainability documentation, and full transparency throughout production. Our aim is simple: to ensure every product is made with integrity and traceability in mind.
We require clear supply-chain mapping for materials and components, helping us understand where our raw materials come from, how they’re processed, and the impact of each step. This focus on openness allows us to continually improve how responsibly we source and manufacture.
Materials That Make a Difference
We’re committed to increasing the proportion of responsibly sourced materials across our collections. This includes detailed mapping of fibres and components, greater use of recycled or lower-impact materials, and strong documentation that allows us to understand material origins, volumes and movement through the supply chain.
Our Responsible Sourced Materials Tracker (RSMT) supports this work by capturing documentation for every order, from fibre origin to finished product, ensuring our materials are chosen and managed with care.
Environmental Standards
We expect all our suppliers to follow robust environmental management practices. This includes:
- Monitoring and reducing energy use
- Safe handling and responsible disposal of chemicals
- Reducing, reusing and recycling waste wherever possible
- Tracking air emissions and setting clear CO₂ reduction targets
- Conserving water and properly treating wastewater
We encourage continuous improvements through regular audits, training, and shared best practice.
