Is there a showroom I can visit?
Yes, our Manchester showroom is open to trade customers by appointment only. Please request an appointment via our contact form.
Do you supply the general public?
Yes, we have a website where you can purchase our branded products - ulsterweavers.com. You can also buy our products through homeware stores and online retailers across the UK and beyond.

Account
How do I set up a trade account?
We require some basic business details and some information on the nature of your business to help us serve you effectively. We aim to review applications within 1-5 business days, and once approved, you will receive the details via email. You can apply for a trade account via our form here.
Can I open a credit account with you?
Trade accounts are available as prepayment or credit, depending on the level of your application's initial acceptance. You can request a credit account with our Sales team once your trade account has been confirmed – start your request via our chat button in the bottom right corner.
Trade Orders
How long does a trade order take to arrive?
Delivery is normally within 3-5 days.
What is the minimum order value?
For UK orders, the minimum is £150, and for EU orders the minimum is €175. For orders to the USA and the rest of the world, the estimate will be provided by UPS calculator with a quote applied to the order, but we will contact you with a more accurate shipping cost prior to dispatch.
How much do you charge for delivery?
£10 for UK orders under £300, orders over £300 will be delivered free of charge. International delivery information can be viewed here.
Can I choose the courier?
Unfortunately not. The courier is dependent on the order size, and if special features are required, i.e pallets/tail lifts.
Can I choose when my item gets delivered?
Delivery is normally within 3-5 days. A date in the future can also be chosen.
Which couriers do you use?
Evri and APC. We also use Palletways and Walkers Transport for larger orders, which have pallet deliveries and need tail lifts.
Direct to Consumer Orders
Can you ship under our brand name?
Yes, we offer co-branded packing slips, so shipments appear to come from you.
How quickly do you ship items?
Standard processing is 1-3 business days after order validation.
How do returns work?
Returns are processed to our returns hub, inspected and handled according to your agreed policy. We also provide detailed returns reports.
What if an order has multiple items with different lead times?
We can split shipments or hold until the full order is available based on the preference you set during onboarding.
Can your dispatch paperwork have pricing that’s hidden from end customers?
Yes, we can exclude pricing from the packing slip if desired.
