Create Your Company & Sign In

If your company account has been set up by UW Home on your behalf, you can skip this first part and pick up from the 'Account Welcome' section.

Create Your Trade Account

Follow the steps below to get started:

  1. Navigate to the Trade account request form. You can also find this in our menu under 'Services'.
  2. Complete the required fields about yourself and your company, then submit. You will see a visual notification to confirm that your account request has been sent.
  3. Sit tight. Once we receive your request, we will create and approve your account – usually within two working days. You're welcome to browse the website while you wait.
  4. Keep an eye on your inbox. As soon as you are authorised to shop on the UW Home website, you will receive an 'Account Welcome' email.

Account Welcome Email

When you receive your welcome email (example on the left) click on the 'go to account' button, and you'll be directed to sign in to your account​.

Sign In

  • Simply enter the email address that you want to use to set up your customer account​.
  • This will trigger the sending of a 6-digit code to the email account​.
  • You can access this anytime by clicking on the customer account icon in the top right of the website navigation bar​.

Confirm Your Account

  • Navigate back to your emails to find and copy your 6-digit code.
  • Once you have entered the code on the sign in page, you'll be taken to the Account area, but you can click our logo to start shopping​.
  • Pricing will now be viewable, and you will be able to view stock position and place orders.

B2B Trade Only

General website visitors cannot see ordering options and pricing until they have logged in and only then if they have been approved by UW Home​.

They can’t see pricing, add products to the shopping cart or make any transactions​. As an authorised customer, you'll have access to all of these features.

Optimised for Bulk Ordering​

Once you are authorised and logged in you will see that we have built in ‘Quick Ordering’ options that allow multiples of a single option to be added to the cart in a single action​.

Live Product Data

All products have up-to-date product information such as descriptions, compositions, availability and even restock dates​.

Access to the Latest Promotions​

Our live product data surfaces regular promo, WIGI and clearance offers​. Take a look at our current offers in the 'Catalogue' section of our menu.

Streamlined Checkout

  • Trade orders are transacted via the customer’s shopping cart and checkout​.
  • All shipping options for your region will be available to select​.
  • Any payment options authorised for your account will be available to select at checkout​.

Payment Options

  • Your authorised payment options will be available to select at checkout​.
  • Customers with a UW Home credit account will be able to select the ‘choose payment method later’ option and complete their orders​.

Optional PO Number Field​

Remember to add your company purchase order number, as this will be used across all of UW Home’s order management and financial systems​ to streamline the process for you.

Customer Account Dashboard

The customer account dashboard is where customers can view their order history and update company and personal details. You can access this by clicking on the customer account icon in the top right of the website navigation bar​.

TIP! Scroll up from any point on a page to make the navigation bar appear, or scroll down to hide it.

Review Your Orders

If your company has more than one location set up, when you sign in you will be asked which location you are ordering for or managing. You can also update your location once you're in the Account dashboard.

Your account dashboard shows your order history and is where you can see status updates regarding open orders.​ You can also sort and filter your orders by date.

With each order you can choose various options​ such as completing a payment and repeating your order, or you can click through to view the entire order​.

Customer Profile

By clicking into ‘Profile’ you can update your company settings, and if you are the lead customer, you can add your colleagues to allow them to place orders for your company.

TIP! Clicking the location dropdown allows you to switch between company locations and manage information, employees and orders for each​ one.​

Quick Ordering

From here, you can quickly download product information and assemble your orders​.

  • Clicking the download button allows you to download a complete or filtered spreadsheet of product information, including available stock and due-in dates.​
  • The downloaded CSV or XLSX file (that you choose) has a blank column available for entering order quantities​.
  • Once completed, the spreadsheet can simply be uploaded to create an order in your shopping basket ready to complete​.​
  • Alternatively, you can simply cut and paste a list of SKU codes with the order quantities you require straight into the order field and your order will be set up.​
  • Once you are happy with your order, click ‘submit’ and your product selections will be added to your basket​.

Customer Support

UW Home comes with a Live Chat option that is integrated directly into our customer support systems. You can start a session by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right of the website​.

If there are customer support staff online and free, the Live Chat option is available. Our teams are online Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Otherwise, you can leave a message​ and we'll be able to help next time one of our agents is online.
